Arrival and Departure Dates
We recommend that spellers and their families arrive on Sunday, May 26, and depart on Saturday, June 1.
The only way to receive the Bee’s discounted rate that includes all taxes and the daily resort fee is to book through the Bee’s housing and registration management company. Parents of spellers may do so by logging in at spellingbee.com and selecting Make Bee Week Reservations in the Champion Checklist. Booking at the Gaylord National should be done at your earliest convenience and no later than April 15.

Parents of spellers can also register themselves and their family members for Bee Week when they book accommodations at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. The Make Bee Week Reservations item in the Champion Checklist (available when you log in with your speller credentials at spellingbee.com) will allow spellers' parents register guests through the Bee's housing and registration management company.
