So, how is she doing?
“I’ve watched about 30 horror movies, and I’m not done,” she said.
Her favorite is Stephen King’s The Stand, which she said successfully combines the terror and thrill of a horror movie with a dramatic plot.
Kate is also involved in speech and debate, where she said she can often use the words she learned in her bee days.
Kate’s brother, Jack, made his first bee appearance this year.
