Bronies get a shout-out

Alyssa Burgos, speller 96, got the word "parvanimity" -- the quality or state of having a little or ignoble mind.

The Maryland eighth grader misspelled the word.

But we also want you to know that someone at the Bee is a fan of My Little Pony. Just listen to this sentence:

"Jack accused his sister of parvanimity, while his sister accused Jack of being a Brony. Which is true: he brings his Fluttershy pony everywhere he goes."

All the cool kids are bronies now, right?
