"Great. Scared," the Michigan sixth grader said.
But she didn't need to be. Tanishka spelled "catamount" correctly. It's any of various wild cats, such as a cougar or lynx.
Tanishka looked shocked and excited as she walked away from the mic, then dashed back to it to say "Thank you!" before heading back to her seat.
